Delegates

• Items and activities not availed by the delegate will not be reimbursed.
• Registration cannot be confirmed without payment.
• Upon successful payment, an automated receipt and confirmation of your registration will be sent via email.
• If a registered delegate cannot attend the event, a substitute colleague may be accepted up to 30 days before the event. After this date, cancellation fees apply. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by e-mail to registration@beautybeyondsummit.com, indicating the delegate registration ID and the name of the substitute.
• The substitute must be from the same organization.
• If a delegate must cancel his/her registration more than 30 days before the event, the full registration fee will be reimbursed (less 15% refund charge).
• No refund for cancellations received less than 30 days before the event.
• No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
• Reimbursement will not be given for early termination of attendance.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the full right to decline the participation of any delegate at its discretion.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue who does not comply with event rules, UAE laws, or creates disruption.
• Professional photography and videography during the event are restricted to approved media representatives. Delegates are not permitted to record full sessions without prior approval.
  Swapping badges or wearing a badge that does not belong to the registered delegate is strictly prohibited. Any delegate found engaging in such activity will be asked to leave the event immediately without refund and will be banned from future participation.

Speakers

• The Committee accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions expressed by the speakers, moderators, or any other persons at the meeting and events.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the full right to decline / withdraw the participation of any speaker at its discretion at any time.
• As per UAE law, speakers must be approved by DTCM prior to the event. In case of non-approval, the organizing committee/company is not permitted to resubmit the permit once rejected.
• All scientific content shared during the event must be strictly related to the medical/educational agenda (except for sponsored symposiums).
• Speakers must also be approved by DHA to present at the event.
• The Committee reserves the right to modify any event programme up to the day of the event. The event programmes are put together through extensive and ongoing research to provide the most up-to-date and relevant information. This means that occasionally programmes may change over the course of the campaign
• Any promotional content must be clearly disclosed as sponsored and cannot be presented in the scientific sessions (except within sponsored symposiums).
• Speakers grant the Organizing Committee the right to record, photograph, and use their presentations (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Sponsors

• The Organizing Committee reserves the full right to cancel/decline the participation of any sponsor/exhibitor at its discretion at any time.
• Exhibitors/sponsors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses/permits for product displays or sampling (e.g., cosmetics, medical devices).
• Sampling of prescription-only products is not permitted under DHA/DTCM rules.

Important Information

• Acceptance of the terms and conditions above constitutes a legally binding contract under UAE law.
• Participants are required to abide by the local UAE laws and customs.
• At other times it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to alter the programme, venue, and/or speakers. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credit-notes can be issued in line with the cancellation policy.
• The Organizing Committee is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables lost or stolen during the event.
• Badges must be worn at all times inside the venue; entry without a badge will not be permitted.
• Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and visas (if applicable). The Organizing Committee is not liable for any visa denials or travel disruptions.
